A: Cobblestone aprons are allowed for existing or permitted driveways provided they are set in concrete and mortared in place. However, the Town will not be responsible for damage caused by snow plowing operations. In addition, the property owner will be responsible for the removal and resetting cobblestone aprons if required in the future, in order to facilitate road construction, drainage improvements, utility improvements, or any other improvements made to Town property.
